Doing it scared is not about what you do, it's about who you become in the process. KOA club offered an amazing "Do It Scared" workshop with Jillian Johnston. It was life changing. When I was at a crossroads in my career, I used Jillie's "Doing It Brave" to play big, and be brave. Step 1 - Normalize the fear - " It makes so much sense that I feel this way because…", say it, daily if needed.Step 2 - Create Safety -"When you play big, your will want to contract, it's OK and natural. Play big and then (you get to) self soothe."Step 3 - Progress not perfection, value the progress.Step 4 - Untie worth and productivity.Step 5 - Self-select support systems - decide to be around a supportive tribe and in spaces that uplift.I now have that voice inside my head, encouraging me to "Do It Scared".
